GIVES 2 LITERS
100g to 150g of coffee JANDAIA in grains or the same weight of offee JANDAIA ground.
2 liters of boiling water
2 1/2 cups of hot milk açucar crystal or açucar demeara
WAY OF PREPARE
1. It heats an or two pots of pottery or of china, that have cover, filling them with hot water. It withdraws the water after heat po 10 minutes.
2. Put the coffee JANDAIA in the pots and evacuate the boiling water by top. Stir and covers. After 1 minute, equal a spoon of metal by the surface for help to consolidate the coffee.
3. Recoloque the covers and leaves in infusion during more of 4 minutes, approximately. If prefirir, strains the coffee and put in a coffee pot.
4. Serve immediately, accompanied of hot milk! and sugar crystal or demerara, served it breaks.
